Automatic creation of P&IDs
The repetitive tasks involved in creating/recreating an entire set of diagrams for process and instrumentation systems (P&IDs) supporting configurable engineered-to-order machinery and equipment can take engineering months to complete and are error prone. An automation solution significantly reduces proposal turn-around, design and engineering effort, and delivery cycle time. It furthermore increases the drawing consistency, accuracy and, thus quality. This results in increased sales-win probability and reduced pre and post sales costs.

The demo runs with Microsoft Internet Explorer [IE] v6.0+, Netscape 7.0+ and Mozilla Firefox. It uses Autodesk's free DWF Viewer to view drawings with IE, and with other browsers raster rendering. If you use IE and prefer raster rendering in lieu of downloading the DWF Viewer check the appropriate checkbox.
